Learning styles are the different ways people interpret, organize and represent information,

example:  having information presented to them in audio form, such as in a classroom lecture or audio-book.

MY LEARNING STYLE IS AUDITORY

The auditory system is one of the human body’s. The auditory system processes and transforms acoustical energy through the intricate structures of the outer, middle and inner ear and then on to the auditory center of the brain, where it can be identified as sound.

HOW MY LEARNING STYLE WORK

I am auditory learner , i learn by hearing and listening. I understand and remember things I have heard. I store information by the way it sounds, and I have an easier time understanding spoken instructions than written ones. I often learn by reading out loud because I have to hear it or speak it in order to know it. As an auditory learner, I probably hum or talk to yourself or others if I become bored. People may think Im not paying attention, even though I may be hearing and understanding everything being said.

MY THREE EXAMPLES AUDITORY LEARNING FROM MY OWN LIFE AND ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE :

  • Use flashcards to learn new words; read them out loud.
  • Record yourself spelling words and then listen to the recording.
  • Study new material by reading it out loud
